Camocim Farm is a Biodynamic certified farm by IBD (Biodynamic Institute), which guarantees the authenticity of its production without any chemical additives. IBD is the largest certifier in Latin America and the only Brazilian certifier of organic products. IBD certification is recognized and accepted by the USDA in the United States.

Biodynamic is the gold standard in organic farming that heals the planet through conscious agriculture; it is sustainable farming that maximizes conservation by fusing ancient wisdom with modern methods. The farm has its own laboratory and closely test their coffee beans for quality assurance and control.

This premium coffee bean went through a Swiss Water Process which used water from the prestine environment of the coast mountains of British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavor characteristics. It's decaffeinated coffee without compromise. Coffee decaffeinated using the environment-friendly Swiss Water Process undergoes regular caffeine level audits to ensure compliance with 99.9% caffeine-free.
