THE BEST DECAF - Organic Swiss Water Process

SINGLE ORIGIN - Our delicious Decaf is from a Co-Op organized by small coffee producers and midwives in Guatemala. 37% of the farmers in this non-profit organization are women who initially participated in the Co-Op as midwives. Over time, the Co-Op became a platform for the women in the region to be recognized as valuable players in the coffee industry.

DECAFFEINATION PROCESS - This coffee went through the environmentally friendly Swiss Water Process. This process uses water from the pristine environments in the coastal mountains of British Columbia, Canada, to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavor characteristics.

THE ROAST - Our organic coffee is roasted for a low-acid coffee profile, full body, and a big, balanced flavor. We use the slow-roast technique designed to reduce the acidity of the coffee for a more balanced, sweet, and smooth finish.
