THE BEST DECAF - Swiss Water Process - From small farms in BRAZIL
TASTING NOTES: LOW ACIDITY, DARK CHOCOLATE, MOLASSES, NUTTY, SMOOTH BODY, MEDIUM ROAST.
GREAT TASTING COFFEE! No burnt or bitter taste here! Low acidity, small batch roasting allows us better temperature control for smooth rich flavor.
Our delicious coffee came from small farms in Brazil and went through a Swiss Water Process which uses water from the pristine environment in the coastal mountains of British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavor characteristics. It's decaffeinated coffee without compromise. Coffee decaffeinated using the environment-friendly Swiss Water Process undergoes regular caffeine level audits to ensure compliance with 99.9% caffeine-free.
Our Brazilian coffee is roasted for low-acid coffee, full-body, and a big balanced flavor.
A coffee roast is perfect if you still like to taste the original coffee flavor but also want to taste that full-body flavor that comes from the roasting process. We use the slow-roast technique designed to reduce the acidity of the coffee for a more balanced, sweet, and smoother finish.
